Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Torixa s.r.o., Company ID 24859281, which operates the commercial project under the DEPO DRINKS brand (the “supplier”), and business customers (the “buyer”).
The website https://depodrinks.cz is intended exclusively for business customers. It is not intended for consumers or retail customers.
Scope of supply
The supplier supplies beverages exclusively in wholesale volumes, namely:
- in full pallets,
- in full truckload deliveries.
The supplier does not sell single units, bottles, cans or individual cases. The number of units per case and cases per pallet is a logistics detail within the pallet only.
Inquiry and formation of contract
The website is not an e-shop and contains no ordering or payment process. By submitting the inquiry form, sending an email or calling, the buyer expresses a non-binding interest in receiving a quote.
Based on the inquiry, the supplier prepares an individual quote reflecting the product, volume, availability and delivery location. A contract is formed only once the quote is confirmed in writing by both parties.
Prices
Prices shown on the website are indicative or are not shown at all. Only the price stated in the individual quote is binding. Prices are set according to the product and the volume ordered.
Availability and packaging
Availability, country of origin, packaging and prices of individual products change continuously. The supplier reserves the right to amend the offer at any time.
Alcoholic beverages
Alcoholic beverages are supplied exclusively to business entities that meet the statutory requirements for handling alcohol. Sale to persons under 18 is prohibited. Details are set out on the alcohol information page.

Final provisions
Matters not governed by these terms are subject to the laws of the Czech Republic.
