What data we process
We process only the data you provide to us through the inquiry form, by email or by phone:
- first name and surname,
- company name,
- phone number,
- email address,
- the content of the inquiry (product, quantity, message).
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data in order to handle your inquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, for subsequent business cooperation. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation and performance of a contract, or the controller’s legitimate interest in communicating with business partners.
Retention period
We retain the data for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and for the period required by law (in particular accounting and tax legislation).
Transfer to third parties
We do not pass data to third parties, except for service providers necessary for operations (e.g. hosting, email service, carrier) and where required by law.
